Dance Focus was created in 2011 as a way to allow children around London to experience the joy of dance in their schools. We have a reputation for providinging incredibly reliable and experienced dance practisioners, and we've grown to be one of the leading dance teacher companies trusted by schools and parents all over the city.
As a dancer with over 15 years of experience teaching children, I know the benefits of dance: it's a great way of exercising while having fun, it builds confidence, and most importantly it releases ‘happy endorphins’ that lift our mood: you can’t be happier than when you’re dancing. Andrea Walker
Dance Focus Director
Andrea Walker is the founder and Director of Dance Focus. London based, he began dancing aged 14 in Rome, Italy, and continued his study and exploration of dance at The Metropolitan Arts Institute in Phoenix, Arizona (USA), and at The Broadway Dance Center in New York City, from which he graduated with a Certificate of Excellence and winning the Outstanding Award for Concept Choreography. Most recently, he choreographed and danced Ebony Bones’ European tour. Other credits include Coldplay, Aggro Santos, Kimberly Walsh (Girls Aloud), Impact Dance (Peackock Theatre), Xbox, T-Mobile, Martini and D&G. Andrea has over 15 years of experience teaching dance, and is also Artistic Director of renoun Contemporary Hip-Hop Dance Company 201 Dance Company (www.201dancecompany.com)
